Received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. Staff are welcoming, relaxed and helpful. Hotel is in great location for all amenities of Whistler village.

Clean and good value for money. One downside was the fact that they are not providing slippers. Everything else was perfect; staff were friendly, and the room was clean. There were 4 sets of clean towels, too. They also did not charge extra for an overnight guest. Definitely recommend.

Great location, friendly staff, nice rooms.

We had an upgraded King room and it was amazing! Very large space with nice amenities and a comfortable bed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You can tell this is a luxury property. The bathroom floors were heated which was a nice plus! The only thing to be aware of is that there is a nightclub in the hotel and if it’s a weekend, you will hear the music. We just played some white noise and it wasn’t too bad.

The hotel needed some work on the outside. The inside had been refurbished for the upcoming Fifa games. The room was cozy and bright with the most comfortable bed my husband & I have ever slept in. The room was very clean, but modest. We also had a view of the Vancouver skyline from our 3rd floor window. Hondra, the manager, was very gracious and helpful upon our arrival and throughout our 4 day stay. She was very available, though not always onsite. We had privacy and quiet. The hotel is located in the Vancouver suburb of Collingswood. It has a lowkey vibe which was wonderful to return to after a busy day in the dynamic high energy city. If you are looking for a good budget hotel this is the one.
